These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of gokael.com and to every purchase from KAEL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products
- KAEL fragrances are our own compositions, sold under the KAEL name. KAEL is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other fragrance house or designer brand. Any third-party brand names or trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
- Descriptions of fragrance notes, character and longevity are for guidance only. Scent perception, longevity and projection vary from person to person depending on skin type, climate and application.
- Product images are for illustration. Colours, packaging and bottle details may differ slightly from what is shown, and batches may vary slightly in colour or scent as is natural for fragrance.
- All products are subject to availability. We may change, limit or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
- We accept Cash on Delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout.
- Prices may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after it has been confirmed.
4. Orders
- Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, cannot confirm the order with you, or the product is unavailable.
- We may limit the quantity of products per customer or per order, and may decline orders that appear to be placed by resellers.
5. Safe use of our products
- Our fragrances are for external use only. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin.
- Perform a patch test on a small area of skin before full use. Stop using the product immediately if irritation occurs and seek medical advice if needed.
- Read the ingredients before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities. We are not responsible for reactions to ingredients that are disclosed on the product or on request.
- Perfume is flammable. Keep away from flames, heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
6. Intellectual property
The KAEL name, logo, product names, label designs, photographs, text and all other content on this website belong to KAEL and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
- The website and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties other than those expressly set out in these Terms and our policies.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAEL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the website or products.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, internet or power outages, or government action.
8. Indemnity
You agree to compensate KAEL for any loss or claim arising from your misuse of the website or products, or your breach of these Terms.
9. Website use
You must not misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, placing fake or fraudulent orders, or posting false reviews. We may suspend access to anyone who does so.
10. Reviews and content you submit
By submitting a review, photo or comment, you allow KAEL to use it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated to our products.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
12. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in Pakistan that cannot be excluded by agreement.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
