We currently deliver across Pakistan. This policy explains our shipping charges, timelines and responsibilities.
1. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of Rs. 5,000 and above.
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.
- The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
2. Processing and delivery times
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
- Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during sales and launches may take longer to process.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. KAEL is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, road closures, public holidays or other events outside our control.
3. Order confirmation
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also check your order status on our Order Tracking page.
5. Delivery address and receiving your parcel
- Please make sure your name, full address and phone number are correct. KAEL is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
- If the courier cannot reach you after its delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery will be charged to you.
- Please check that the outer packaging is intact before accepting the parcel. If it is visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, you should refuse it and contact us immediately.
- Responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video, as explained in our Return Policy.
7. Refused Cash on Delivery orders
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused without a valid reason, we may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from the same customer and require advance payment.
8. International shipping
We do not currently ship outside Pakistan. For international enquiries, please contact us.
