About our fragrances
What is Extrait de Parfum?
Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated type of perfume, with a higher percentage of fragrance oil than Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette. That means a richer scent that lasts longer on skin and clothes, so a few sprays go a long way.
How long will the fragrance last?
Most KAEL fragrances last many hours on skin and longer on clothing. Longevity varies from person to person depending on skin type, climate and how much you apply.
Are KAEL fragrances original designer perfumes?
No. KAEL fragrances are our own compositions, blended and bottled by KAEL and sold under the KAEL name. We are not affiliated with any other fragrance house or designer brand.
What size are your bottles?
Our fragrances currently come in 50 ml bottles.
How should I apply it?
Spray onto pulse points such as the neck, wrists and behind the ears from about 15 cm away. Avoid rubbing your wrists together, as this breaks down the scent faster. Spraying lightly on clothing also helps it last longer.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it in its box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, such as a drawer or cupboard. Avoid bathrooms and cars, where temperatures change quickly. Stored properly, perfume keeps its quality for years.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Perfume is for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, patch-test on a small area first and stop use if irritation occurs.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order, especially for Cash on Delivery. Orders we cannot confirm within 48 hours may be cancelled.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of Rs. 5,000 and above. Orders below Rs. 5,000 have a flat Rs. 250 shipping fee.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer. See our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
We will send your tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can also use our Order Tracking page.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a perfume?
Because perfume cannot be resold once opened, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, leaking or incorrect (reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video), or sealed, unused products returned within 7 days of delivery at your own shipping cost. Opened or used products cannot be returned. See our Return Policy.
Why do you need an unboxing video?
It lets us verify the condition of your parcel on arrival and resolve your claim quickly with our courier. Please record a continuous video from before you open the outer parcel.
How will I get my refund?
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after approval. See our Refund Policy.
